What we do
We manufacture DC traction motor armature coils up to 3000 V, equaliser coils, WAVT coils, exciter coils, specialty coils. RR – VPI coils, class F, H, C. We work with conductors from 1,80×0,80mm to 18,00×5,50mm cross section. We design coils and tooling, manufacture fixtures, instruments and machines, cut, strip, tin plate, cut out, bend, form coils, press leads, insulate VPI or RR, hot press, final insulation of coil tags, final coil insulation, test, supply.
In the last 10 years we developed several techniques in the field of DC traction motor coil manufacturing. We form coils with no insulation damage during forming. The coil tags are the same exact lenght, the insulation strip lenght held in tight tolerances +1/- 0mm.
